Smart Charge America has partnered with Xeal to deliver a white glove approach to helping our clients experience the greatest charging software on the planet. Annual software features include accurate energy metering, dynamic access control, software updates, and payment processing w/ automated rEVenue share model.

• The first year of software is required to be paid upfront with purchase of our unit to Xeal.
• Xeal will handle all software implementation and future annual billing for a 5 year period.
• Xeal will follow up w/ software documentation for separate authorization & provisioning.
• rEVenue share is 75% to Customer & 25% to Xeal.
